Steve Frye has over 30 years experience as a business owner and held a general contractors license for more than 10 years.  He has experience in estimating and project management.  Over the years he has hired and trained hundreds of people with an extremely high success rate of developing them into assets for the company.  He has a B. A. in Business from Columbia College and is a Viet Nam veteran.

Steve believes a recruiter should listen carefully to both the clients and candidate’s wants, and needs, allowing him to put together the best match for both parties.  He believes he can be a great asset to his clients by providing only the best candidates; and to the candidates by providing career-enhancing opportunities.  He also agrees when Zig Zieglar says “You can have everything you want in life, if you just help enough people get what they want in life”.
